I was awaken from my nap this afternoon by all the quacking coming from the creek near my hammock - See Mr. and Mrs. Mallard swimming around in the pool in front of the water fall
They decided to take the easy way past me to get me further up the creek and over to the spot where we put food out for them - Here is Mr. Mallard in-flight
Before they made their way out of the creek I ran over to wait behind a tree to take this picture of them coming over to the pond for a snack. I love watching them and especially hearing all the conversation they make!
