It's official!

The Crock Pot BBQ pit is a hit. 

Hands down, the best Ribs. Ever.

Getting the ribs out of the Crock proved to be a bit of

a Challenge since they Fell apart as soon as I touched them

But who says that's a Bad thing?

Kinda puts to rest my whole, I-can't-stand-meat-on-the-bone-argument

Rarely are my arguments Proven so wrong...

Okay, he's not willing to Wait another minute so I better plate this!

I was thrown Off by his request for

mashed potatoes. But I went with it...
