Let's make Gillian's party cookies!
How great is this Cupcake cookie cutter from Sur La Table?
So you can bet that when I'm asked, I make the Most of it!
I hope she likes Cupcake cookies!
And icing...
I promised to create Two designs to choose from but
the more I work with them, these Cupcakes are
beginning to turn into my favorites!
Of course, these cookies aren't for me so I'll try
not to let what I prefer influence the decision...
Pink and Lavender are her party colors - Which
just happen to be my two Favorite colors too!
I hope she likes these Pearly sprinkles!
If not, perhaps these non-Pareils will make her smile
Or perhaps it'll be a Combination of the two!
I'm sure her Mom will let me know...
So, Erin... Now that you've seen them, what do you think? I know
Gillian's third party color is a soft, pearly Green so if you agree, then
what I'll do is swap the pink Ribbon on the bags for a green one!
Those are too cute! I'm sure the birthday girl will love them and if she doesn't you can send them my way :-)
ReplyDeleteI must get my hands on a cupcake cookie cutter stat!
PS. I got that cake stand as a wedding gift at Pottery Barn 5 years ago, but Target has one almost identical to it for $20!
Oh and I forgot to tell you that I mbaked and decorated your cookies today. They'll dry overnight, then I'll put then in the mail by Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteOh,Janet! Those are DARLING!!! So girly! I love the combo of the different sprinkles!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get the cupcake cookie cutter?? It's adorable. I came over via "Bake at 350" and saw you gave her a cookie book. I was looking for the title of it. btw, I am originally from NC and was there for Christmas. Can't remember the last time there was a white Christmas there. My kids were so excited when we got there (at 2:30am!!!) that they literally got out of the van and laid down in the snow :)
