When my friend
Melissa asked me to make cookies for
her niece's 3rd birthday party I said, Yes immediately!
When she told me the Party theme was
Charlotte's Web, I got super-excited!
Wilbur and Charlotte are my all-time
favorite Story book characters
And they always will be!
Copper cookie cutters get no Better than the
ones they handcraft right here in America!
Heirloom quality and Precision cutting... That's what I'm talking about!
And, of course, a cookie post from me wouldn't be a cookie post
at all if I didn't confess that
Bridget taught me everything I know!
Rush Limbaugh likes to say his Talent is
on loan to him from God... Well, this cookie
talent of mine is on loan to me from
Bridget!
This morning I had to clear off my Counter tops because my friends
at Old Castle Surfaces came by to make a couple of repairs for me
It made for Interesting cookie-making today!
But somehow, we all managed. Take a close look at the names on
our Wilbur piggies... Do you see anything familiar there? I do...
It just makes me Giggle to think about a 3-year
old Terry playing with a 3-year old Brandon!
I sure hope the Birthday girl likes her cookie favors!
Because I sure do love her cousins! If you're
in need of a Cutie-patootie fix, click
Here Of course, you knew there had to be a Charlotte's web, right?
Yes, pink! Why? Because little Party girl's auntie
said,
no Scary spider webs, like
these I made
here I almost don't want to deliver them tomorrow!
And, I'm sorry... But I'm going to think this is Funny for a while!
And I'll always think this is just too cute!
As much as I love them... Off to Mt. Airy they go!
Thank you, Melissa. This was pure joy!
