It was a beautiful Halloween afternoon...
Therefore, I can hardly be blamed for snuggling in, and drifting off to sweet
sounds of birds and the silly squirrels rustling around in the fallen leaves

Doin' nothing!
Appears that while I napped, someone changed all
the pathway light bulbs to amber... He's such a kid!
Happy Halloween!
I love the pictures of your backyard. It looks so beautiful! And it really was a perfect day to nap outside under a blanket :) Happy Halloween!!
ReplyDeleteI can't think of a better place to be on a crisp fall afternoon for a lovely couple spending quiet time together.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween to you too my dear friend. I hope you got all treats and no tricks ;)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a beautiful day! Your hammock looks like the place to be! Happy Halloween :)
ReplyDeleteOh that's exactly what I want to be doing tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteI wish that I didn't have to wake up at 5:30 and get ready for work... Dang ...
But our hammock is still outside :o)
If we have a little warm weather this week... I think I'll take a few more restful moments on it before we pack it away for the winter.
Wishing you a grand week, Janet!

Sweet sweet Girl!
ReplyDeleteONLY you!
Only you would have a HAMMOCK that cozy and comfy!
Your world is magical!
I love it!

That makes me miss my hammock! It broke last Summer and we never replaced it. I will not be without one come 2011.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comments!
ReplyDeleteMy hammock is made extra comfy and cozy by the down comforter I use in it. The duvet cover on it belonged to my dear Oma. It was on her bed the day she passed away following a Sunday afternoon stroll with family in 1990.
I asked my mom to bring me whatever was on Oma's bed. I cherish this duvet and another blanket my mom also brought back.
Sweeter naps cannot be found than those I take wrapped up in my Oma's bedding!
